The port is not really big compared to the Maasin City port but the availability of vessels and boats bound to Cebu and Bohol is much better that the Maasin City port. Besides, the fare is much affordable compared to when boarding the Cokaliong vessels in Maasin City bound to Cebu.

This show was just one of the series of shows that Barangay Calag-itan people did. These shows were supposed to be fund raising of each of the districts or purok of Baranga Calag-itan but the Purok Mamagan council decided to make it free not just to entertain people who watched the show but also to discover the talents of the people of the Purok Mamagan.
